The weekend looks good for sailing at this range. Fingers crossed it stays like that. ⛵️⛵️⛵️

It struck me that the NSC might not be aware of the plans by the landowner to restrict access to the fields next to the club .... including the river side path. There is quite a fuss in LadyBay, and a public meeting is being convened. (Hopefully this post will be accessible).

Tonight I forgot to say that biggest thank you to my sponsor Neil Brinkworth, without his generosity I would never have had the chance to improve! Thanks Neil!!!!!!

Things I miss about NSC part 5... Sorry Marie but sailing continues on the Chichester estuary. I came second last yesterday, beating a father and daughter squeezed into a Pico. But what this photo shows is just how far my boat is berthed from the launch zone - I'm in the dinghy park extension. The dinghy park is about 100 yards long (slightly up / downhill). The dingy park is about 80 yards from the water (up / downhill). There isn't a car park, so you have to find a spot on the road, which seems OK in the winter, but come summer... It's a lot of faff!
